TIL MAWA BARFI

Description

Til Mawa Barfi is a traditional sweet that is made with roasted sesame seeds (til) and khoya (mawa), which is a type of evaporated milk solids. These ingredients are blended together with sugar and flavored with cardamom to create a rich and flavorful sweet treat.

The barfi is then cut into small, bite-sized pieces and garnished with nuts such as chopped almonds or pistachios.
